Brouse McDowell accepts e-check, credit, and debit card payments through LawPay Services, a cloud-based, professional services payment system. LawPay is hosted in a 100 percent PCI (Payment Card Industry) compliant facility to ensure transactions are safe, secure and protected.

Effective July 1, 2023, a 3% surcharge will be aded to all credit card payments, not greater than our cost of acceptance. We do not charge a fee for e-check or debit card payments.
